7 days Ouarzazate desert motorcycle tour
Day 1: Ouarzazate – Taznakht – Foum Zguid
Departure from your accommodation in Ouarzazate after receiving desert driving instructions, then we head towards Taznakht village, then we continue towards Foum Zguid a very beautiful desert village. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 2: Foum Zguid – Chegaga Dunes
Your Saharan adventure begins after breakfast, following a desert trail through magnificent landscapes, crossing the dried-up Iriki Lake towards the dunes of Erg Chagaga. You’ll spend the night bivouac in the Chagaga dunes.
Day 3: Chegaga – Mhamid – Zagora
After breakfast in the dunes of Chagaga, we continue to Mhamid crossing a desert track, we will visit the village of Mhamid, then we continue to Zagora, where we will spend the night in bivouac. Dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Zagora – Tazarine – Tafraout Sidi Ali
Day 5: Tafraout Sidi Ali – Merzouga desert
We will explore a Paris-Dakar rally route, passing through the dunes of Ramlia and Ouzina, visit the rock carvings of Taouz, and reach Merzouga. Overnight in a hotel.
Day 6: Merzouga – Todra Gorges
Merzouga desert towards the Todra gorges, a stop to discover the oasis of Tafilat, passing through Erfoud, known for its fossils and date palms, we then cross Touroug and Tijdad to reach the Todra gorges, these are the most famous gorges in southern Morocco. Night in a hotel.
Day 7: Todra Gorges – Boumalne – Skoura – Ouarzazate
After discovering the gorges we leave for Ouarzazate, passing by the road of the kasbahs, we stop at Boumalne to discover the Dades valley, then we continue towards kelaa Mgouna, then we cross the valley of roses towards the oasis of Skoura. Then we continue towards Ouarzazate we will drop you off at your hotel in Ouarzazate.
