Detailed Itinerary: 12-day motorcycle tour from Casablanca to the desert
Day 1 – Casablanca
Arrival at Casablanca airport, greeted by your guide, and transfer to your hotel. If you arrive in the morning, explore the Medina and visit the Hassan II Grand Mosque. Overnight stay in Casablanca.
Day 2 – Casablanca → Marrakech
Pick up motorcycles and depart for Marrakech. Explore the vibrant Medina and Jamaa el-Fna square. Overnight stay in a riad in the medina.
Day 3 – Marrakech → Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou
Cross the High Atlas Mountains, stopping at Tizi n’Tichka (2,260m) for panoramic views. Continue to Aït Ben Haddou and visit the historic kasbah. Dinner and overnight at a hotel near the kasbah.
Day 4 – Kasbah Aït Ben Haddou → Agdz → Zagora
Explore Ouarzazate, known as the Moroccan Hollywood. Ride through Draa Valley, visiting palm groves and Tamnougalt Kasbah. Continue to Zagora and spend the night in a desert bivouac.
Day 5 – Zagora → Paris Dakar Track → Merzouga Desert
Head to Merzouga, passing through the Hamada and visiting nomads for tea. Follow the Paris Dakar Rally track to reach Merzouga. Drop motorcycles, enjoy a camel ride, admire the sunset in Erg Chebbi dunes, dinner around a campfire, and overnight under the stars at a bivouac.
Day 6 – Merzouga → Midelt
After sunrise and breakfast in the desert, take a camel ride back to Merzouga village. Pick up motorcycles and visit the fossils in Erfoud, then ride through the Ziz Valley to Midelt. Dinner and overnight stay at a hotel in Midelt.
Day 7 – Midelt → Azrou → Fez
Breakfast and ride through cedar forests, spotting monkeys. Visit Ifrane before continuing to Fez. Dinner and overnight stay in a riad in Fez Medina.
Day 8 – Guided Tour of Fez
Explore the old medina of Fez el Bali, Kairaouine Mosque, Marinid tombs, and the Weapons Museum. Return to your riad for overnight stay.
Day 9 – Fez → Meknes → Volubilis → Chefchaouen
Depart Fez for Chefchaouen, stopping in Meknes to visit the medina gate and Mausoleum of Moulay Ismail. Explore Volubilis Roman ruins before reaching the blue city of Chefchaouen. Overnight in a beautiful riad.
Day 10 – Chefchaouen → Tetouan → Tangier
After breakfast, ride your motorcycle to Tangier, with a stop in Tetouan to explore its charming medina and artisan streets. Continue to Tangier, check into your hotel, and discover the Tangier Medina, its souks, kasbah, and views of the Strait of Gibraltar. Overnight in Tangier.
Day 11 – Tangier → Asilah → Rabat → Casablanca
Ride along the northern coast, visit Hercules Caves, and explore Asilah. Continue to Rabat, the capital city, then return to Casablanca to drop off motorcycles. Overnight stay in Casablanca.
Day 12 – Transfer to Casablanca Airport
After breakfast, transfer to Casablanca airport for departure.
