Day 2 – Fez → Ifrane → Azrou → Midelt → Ziz Valley → Erg Chebbi (Merzouga)

After breakfast, you will collect your motorcycles and receive a detailed technical briefing from your guide, including safety instructions and off-road riding tips. The adventure begins as you ride south through the Middle Atlas Mountains, passing through Ifrane, known as the “Little Switzerland of Morocco,” with its alpine-style architecture and clean streets. In the cedar forests of Azrou, you will stop to observe and feed the friendly Barbary macaque monkeys. Continuing toward Midelt, you will cross wide mountain plateaus and enjoy spectacular panoramic views before stopping for lunch. In the afternoon, the landscape becomes more arid as you descend through the lush Ziz Valley, a ribbon of palm groves and fortified villages. Upon reaching Erfoud, you will visit fossil workshops before continuing to Merzouga. Dinner and overnight in a hotel near the dunes of Erg Chebbi.

Day 3 – Merzouga → Tafraout Sidi Ali → Alnif → Tinghir → Ikniouen → Jbel Saghro → Nkob

Today’s ride takes you deep into the wild and rugged landscapes of southern Morocco. Leaving Merzouga, you will follow remote desert tracks toward Tafraout Sidi Ali and Alnif, crossing vast plateaus of black volcanic rock. Passing near Tinghir, you begin climbing into the Anti-Atlas Mountains, riding along winding roads toward Ikniouen and the impressive Bab n’Ali rock formations in the heart of Jbel Saghro. This region is famous for its dramatic granite spires, lunar landscapes, and isolated Berber villages where time seems to stand still. By late afternoon, you will arrive in Nkob, where you will stay overnight in a traditional kasbah, surrounded by palm groves and desert mountains.

Day 4 – Nkob → Draa Valley → Zagora Desert

After breakfast, you ride into the spectacular Draa Valley, the longest river valley in Morocco, lined with thousands of palm trees, ancient kasbahs, and traditional mud-brick villages. The road follows the river, offering endless photo opportunities and a glimpse into authentic rural Berber life. You will stop in Zagora for lunch, a town historically known as a gateway for ancient caravan routes to Timbuktu. In the afternoon, you leave the main road and ride toward the Zagora Desert, where you will reach a traditional bivouac camp. Enjoy a peaceful evening in the silence of the desert, dinner under the stars, and overnight in a nomadic-style tent.

Day 5 – Zagora → M’hamid → Erg Chegaga Dunes

This day is dedicated to pure desert adventure. Leaving Zagora, you will ride toward M’hamid, the last village before the deep Sahara. From here, the asphalt ends and the adventure truly begins as you follow sandy tracks toward the remote Erg Chegaga dunes. Along the way, you will pass ancient caravan routes, dried riverbeds, and isolated desert settlements. The ride becomes more technical and exciting as you approach the towering dunes of Chegaga. You will arrive at a desert camp nestled between the dunes, where you will enjoy sunset views, traditional Moroccan dinner, and an unforgettable night in the desert.

Day 6 – Erg Chegaga → Iriki Lake → Foum Zguid → Taznakht → Taliouine → Taroudant

After an early breakfast in the dunes, you ride across the dry bed of the ancient Iriki Lake, an immense flat expanse that offers a truly surreal riding experience. Continuing through the Tagine Mountains, you reach Foum Zguid, a small desert town marking the transition from deep desert to rocky plateaus. The road then leads you through Taznakht, famous for its handwoven Berber carpets, and Taliouine, the saffron capital of Morocco. You will have time to discover local cooperatives before continuing to the fortified city of Taroudant. Overnight in a comfortable hotel.

Day 7 – Taroudant → Agadir

Today’s ride takes you toward the Atlantic coast. You will leave Taroudant and follow scenic roads through argan tree forests and fertile plains, where you may spot goats climbing the trees. Arriving in Agadir, you will explore the modern seaside city, visit the fishing port, and ride up to Agadir Oufla for panoramic views over the bay. After a relaxing ride along the corniche, you will check in at your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 8 – Agadir → Taghazout → Sidi Kaouki → Essaouira

Following the ocean, you will ride along one of Morocco’s most beautiful coastal roads. Passing through the famous surf village of Taghazout and the wild beaches of Sidi Kaouki, you will enjoy spectacular views of cliffs, fishing villages, and crashing Atlantic waves.
